    CADC to Meet with ADCI-Canada in New Orleans.

    The Canadian chapter of ADCI (ADCI-CANADA) will be meeting at the Underwater Intervention Show in New Orleans at the end of Feb. Chapter President Phil Nuytten indicated that on the agenda will be ways that ADC and CADC can work together for the benifit of both organizations. CADC president Jeremy Leonard will be attending the meeting with executive director Jim Wilson.

    Diver Certification Board will be the certifying body for commercial divers working in the Canadian Offshore oil and gas industry. There is however a great deal of interest among some Provincial regulating bodies in having the DCBC make its expertise and systems available to all jurisdictions in Canada and to encourage the use of the Board as the only certifying body for commercial divers in Canada.
