    WINDSOR -- The final seconds of Georgian Express Flight 126 were likely spent in a nosedive hurtling toward frozen Lake Erie, the Transportation Safety Board's lead investigator into the fatal crash said yesterday. "Initial indications are yes, it was a nosedive," said Denis Rivard. "The front part of the aircraft is extensively damaged. It indicates it was a severe impact, a sudden impact."     Ontario Provincial Police divers said the bodies of some of the 10 people killed in a Pelee Island plane crash remain inside the aircraft, divers said yesterday after finding the wreckage. Investigators said divers located a main part of the downed plane Monday and the fuselage didn't appear to have broken up in the Jan. 17 crash.

    ASI Group Ltd. (ASI), based in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada has successfully completed an inspection of the 16 km (10 mi.) headrace tunnel for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), from the Hell Hole Reservoir to the Middle Fork Powerhouse located on the Middle Fork American River, in Placer County, California. Using an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV), the ASI Mantaro, ASI surveyed 7 km (4.2 mi.) of the tunnel in "flooded conditions" at a depth of 160 m (525 ft.).
