The Canadian Working Divers Institute has trained divers who have graduated from all of the Schools in the United States and have found that they need a minimum of 3 weeks. Experienced divers have taken as little as 3 days!

The cost for Evaluation Route Competency Assessment (ERCA) is $500 for the assessment and $1,600 per week (6 days), (which includes room and board) for training and testing.

A Category “1” diving certification is issued and a National Energy Board certification can be applied for after completion. This is a government certification that costs $20. We are audited and certified for training to Category “1” Diver.

You must be a certified Category “1” diver for at least a year before you can start to train for Category “2” or saturation diver.
