DDL uses their assets for both Inshore and Offshore tasks. By staying diverse and utilizing marine plant and equipment with the local contractors DDL manages to be involved in a large number of marine related projects in the Halifax Harbour area.

A typical example was the recent utilization of DDL's 30' x 60' 18 T Crane barge. The crane barge was utilized for a 1 week period by Daeco Construction to assist with the placement of all components of the new Gangway platform at the Tufts Cove Generating station in Halifax Harbour.

While we focus on Deepwater and Offshore related opportunities equal attention is given to local opportunities. These opportunities are the backbone of maintaining a successful operation.
