Long time CSA Standards member Richard Radecki - known affectionately as the "Ragman" to those that knew him, passed away Saturday July 23, 2005. Known for his vast knowledge of diving operations and procedures, he was a valuable contributor to the CSA Diving regulations. He will be truly missed.
