Over the last week or two, we have received a flood of comments from concerned contractors and divers via email and fax directly to our offices concerning the proposed diving regulations that may be law as early as this diving season.
Of greatest concern seems to be the continuation of SCUBA diving in commercial diving operations. This method of operation has been proven in nearly every jurisdiction in the world to be un-safe and one of the most dangerous ways to dive during occupational diving.
