The proposed controversial Nova Scotia diving regulations are available for review. This is the draft copy of the regulations that are now under review by the NS government for implementation as early as this year. Although a good start, controversy exists in that they deviate from the highly regarded Canadian Standards Association's Competency and Diving Operations Standards.
