The voting on the CADC supporting CSA’s recommendation for a 4 man minimum crew has been completed.

 

The majority of members voting on the issue voted for the CADC to recommend to the CSA subcommittee that we keep the minimum crew of 3 for ALL diving operations but clearly define operations where 4 (or more) crew are necessary. (The supervisor has always had the option to specify the crew size for any operation as he sees fit).

 

CADC will now approach the CSA with this recommendation and discuss amongst the members recommendations for these operations. An area in the discussion board is HERE for discussion on this topic.
