The CSA Subcommittee on Diving Operations voted in favour of a mandatory four man minimum dive crew for all diving operations. This vote is the first phase of implementation into the new CSA Diving Operations Standard to be published in the Fall of 2003. Historically, once it is in the standard, the various provinces will most likely adopt it and put it into law. What do you think?
